Refund policy

If a plan or a credit purchase is not what you expected, email us within 7 days of the payment and we will refund the unused part in full. After that window we refund only in the cases in clause 2.

• We charged you twice for the same order — the duplicate is returned in full.
• We could not deliver. A failed API call is never charged, and an SMM order the provider cannot fill is refunded to your balance automatically — in full if it never started, and pro rata if it stopped part-way.
• You paid and never got access — for example a payment that was confirmed but a plan that was never activated.

• Service already delivered: API calls that returned a result, SMM orders the provider completed, days of a plan you have used.
• Results you were unhappy with on a third-party platform, where the order itself was delivered as described.
• An account we closed for a serious breach of the terms of service.
• Payment rail fees charged by the payment provider itself.

Email orlabia.org@gmail.com from the address on the account, or open a support ticket from Dashboard → Support, with the order reference. You do not need to give a reason inside the 7-day window.

We answer within two working days. Approved refunds go back to the method you paid with. Mobile wallet refunds usually clear within 3–7 working days once we have sent them; the exact timing is the payment provider’s, not ours. Where you prefer, we can credit your Orlabia Tech balance instead, which is immediate.

Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: a plan simply ends on its expiry date unless you buy another period. Closing your account before a plan expires refunds the unused days pro rata under clause 1.
